Quoted fixed, before we start.

Three ways to work with us, not a supermarket. Every engagement gets a written scope and a number agreed before day one — the surprises stay in the product, not the invoice.

Three ways in, every number fixed

Pick the shape that fits where you are. Sprints prove an approach, Builds ship a v1, Retainers keep the same senior team on call after launch.

What changes the number

Scope depth, third-party integrations (payment rails, hardware vendors, systems we don't control), compliance or regulatory requirements, and timeline compression. Rushing a Build shortens Discovery, not the price.

Before you ask

The questions every first call starts with

Is the range final, or does it move?

You get the number after Discovery, and it doesn't drift. Every project is quoted fixed, so the risk of scope creep sits with us, not you.

Hourly or fixed?

Fixed. We price the work, not the hours. A music video and a SaaS platform are different animals, and neither should be billed by the clock.

I only need a small fix, not a full Build. What's that?

That's a Sprint: two weeks, one defined problem, a fixed number before we start.

What happens after launch?

Ninety days of included support, then a Retainer if you want us on call. Either way you own the code, the accounts and the docs.

What if scope changes mid-project?

We haven't published a formal policy for this yet. If scope shifts once work is underway, get in touch and we'll agree the change with you directly before any extra work starts.

Ready to scope it?

Tell us what you're building and where it hurts. You'll get a straight answer about which model fits — and if the honest answer is "you don't need us yet," that's the answer you'll get.
