Quoted fixed, before we start.

Three ways to work with us, whether the deliverable is a cut of film, a shipped platform, or the infrastructure underneath it.

The models

Three ways to work with us, not a supermarket

Sprint

Who it suits
A defined problem you already understand — an audit, a prototype, a cost review, a proof of concept for one feature, a design pass on one flow.
What you get
A fixed two-week block, one senior team, a written scope agreed before day one, and a working output you can act on, not a slide deck.
What it doesn't include
Ongoing build, multi-feature scope, or anything that can't be described in one sentence before we start.
Typical range
From $6,000. Indicative. Confirmed after Discovery.

Build

Who it suits
A v1 with real scope — an AI product, an ERP or operations platform, a connected-device system, or a startup MVP that has to reach the market first.
What you get
A milestone-billed engagement, a working cut you can watch or click every Friday, and a fixed number once scope is locked in Discovery.
What it doesn't include
Undefined scope billed by the hour, an open-ended timeline, or work that starts before the number is agreed.
Typical range
$25,000 to $120,000, depending on scope. Timeline runs about six weeks for a startup MVP, three to five weeks for a marketing site, and eight to fourteen for a larger v1 platform. Indicative. Confirmed after Discovery.

Retainer

Who it suits
Teams who've shipped a v1 with us and want the same senior team on call — ongoing features, monitoring, incident response, or a production schedule that doesn't stop after one campaign.
What you get
Reserved monthly capacity with the people who built the thing, priority response, folding the ninety days of post-launch support already included in every Build into an ongoing rhythm.
What it doesn't include
A ticket queue, junior hands, or a contract that outlives the relationship — cancel with notice.
Typical range
Priced monthly, scoped to reserved capacity. A starting figure isn't published yet. Qualitative only — see note above.

What changes the number

Scope depth, third-party integrations (payment rails, hardware vendors, systems we don't control), compliance or regulatory requirements, and timeline compression — rushing a Build shortens Discovery, not the price.

FAQ

Before you ask

You get the number after Discovery, and it doesn't drift. Every project is quoted fixed, so the risk of scope creep sits with us, not you.

Fixed. We price the work, not the hours — a music video edit and a SaaS platform are different animals, and neither should be billed by the clock.

That's a Sprint: two weeks, one defined problem, a fixed number before we start.

Ninety days of included support, then a Retainer if you want us on call. Either way you own the code, the accounts and the docs.

We haven't published a formal policy for this yet. If scope shifts once work is underway, get in touch and we'll agree the change with you directly before any extra work starts.

Ready to scope it?

Write to us with what you're building. You'll leave Discovery with a fixed number, not a guess.
